Order

Q1. How to place an order?

You have to become a Go & Buy eShop member before placing order.

You will receive an automated confirmation email within 12 hours of
your purchase. If not, you can also log in to personal account and check
on the order status.

Order or delivery details cannot be changed after confirmation. Please contact us for any inquiries.

Q2. Will the stock quantity be deducted when I add the product to cart?

When an item is added to the cart the quantity stays the same. It's
only when the payment has been successful that the stock is reduced.

Offer valid while stocks last.

Q3. Can I change the Set item?

Set combination is fixed and non-changeable.

We reserve the right to amend the Terms& Conditions without prior
notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of
Go & Buy eShop.

Q4. What payment methods are accepted?

We offer a variety of payment methods,

 

  • Credit Card

    We accept Visa, MasterCard and Union Pay.
    We use Stripe as our Payment Gateway. Your credit card number will
    be sent directly by SSL to a secure electronic reserve system, and our
    server will not store any credit card account information.

  • PayMe

    You will be directed to PayMe mobile app for payment after order is placed.
    You can also scan the QR code shown with PayMe mobile app to process payment.  

  • Google Pay

Shipping & Delivery

Q1. How much can I get free shipping?

Free delivery with every order over HKD$400 (after discount);

HKD$40 delivery fee will be charged for order below HKD$400.

Q2. Delivery Service

We offer the following delivery services (Hong Kong only):

  • Standard Delivery Service

    Areas in Service:
    Standard Delivery Service is limited to Hong
    Kong, Kowloon, New Territories and outlying islands. This service is NOT
    available in specified areas, including but not limited to: Big Wave
    Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O Island, Siu Ho Wan and Po Toi Islands.
    P.P Box is not accepted as delivery address
    An order can be delivered to one address only. If customer requires
    sending orders to multiple addresses,customer needs to place a separate
    order for each address.

Q3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Usually you will receive your order within 7-10 working days after placing order. 

Order to remote areas or order placed on weekend will take extra 2 working days for delivery.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a delivery notification email. 

Q4. Does Go & Buy offer international shipping?


We only accept order for delivery within Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Q1. How to become a Go & Buy eShop member?

You can register Go & Buy eShop membership with existing Facebook or Google account. (Press here to join new member)

You can log in to personal account at any time to check order records and order status.

Existing Go & Buy member will become Go & Buy eShop member
automatically, please check your registered email and activate your
eShop account!

Q2. What can I do if I forget my password?

You can click the <Forgot Password> botton on the log in page.

After filling in some basic information, a reset password email will
be sent to your registered email. Please follow the instruction to reset
your password.
